Limited Lifetime Warranty 

 

Our company, ÜZBL, warrants to the original purchaser that our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product (with exception to any products listed in Exhibit A - see below). If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will either repair or replace the product, at our sole discretion. 

This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications. This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the product.  

To make a claim under this warranty, please contact us at support@uzbl.com and provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect. We reserve the right to request the return of the product for inspection before determining if the claim is valid.  

This limited lifetime warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Exhibit A- The following item(s) are excluded from the limited lifetime warranty mentioned above and instead have a limited 1-year warranty (12 months) from the time of purchase. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period (12 months from original purchase), we will either repair or replace the product, at our sole discretion.
