Once we receive your device serial numbers in a CSV format, our team will promptly and efficiently bulk upload them into the portal, streamlining the setup process. From there, you’ll be fully equipped to monitor and track claims in real-time. This enables you to easily check the status of each device, review repair histories, all from one centralized system—ensuring a seamless experience for managing your fleet of devices.
CLAIMS PROCESS
Our online portal simplifies the entire process, making it easy to submit and track device repair claims seamlessly.
1) Submit your service request on the portal
Simply locate your device in the portal using its serial number and fill out the accidental damage claim.
2) Send in your device to our repair facility
Print the pre-paid shipping label and send your device to one of our authorized repair facilities.
3) We repair it using an authorized repair facility
Our repair facilities are carefully vetted and hold the necessary certifications and authorizations to professionally handle your device repairs.
4) Repair completed within 3-7 days
We utilize a network of certified repair facilities, ensuring quicker turnaround times and avoiding the delays often seen with single-location services. This allows us to maintain a consistent 3-7 day repair window for your devices.
The device is repaired and promptly returned to you.
Your repaired device is returned to you and back in circulation within 10 days. It’s that simple.

How long is the ADP coverage?
1,2,3 or 4 year coverage can be purchased for our ADP + Case program.
What is not covered by the ADP?
Intentional abuse, loss or theft, and water damage is not covered.
Does it include unlimited repair claims?
Includes unlimited repair claims as long as there is remaining repair credit on the device. Typically, you can expect to receive 2-4 repairs per device.
What is the turnaround time for repairs?
Repairs will be completed within 1 to 5 days after the device arrives at one of our certified repair facilities.
Does the ADP include free shipping labels on claims?
Shipping labels are provided free of charge, and there are no deductible costs associated with repair claims.
What happens if a covered device is deemed beyond repair?
If a device is deemed unrepairable, we will replace it with a comparable model that offers similar features and functionality.
