Eligibility – Opportunity must be in excess of 500 cases to be eligible for registration. RFP’s and RFQ’s are available for deal registration.

Approval – You will be notified via email within 3 business days of approval or rejection of deal registration. If another UZBL partner has already registered the deal no additional registrations are available.

Discount – Approval of deal registration will give you the largest discount that UZBL extends to any partner, and will be valid for 60 days. Extension for deal registration beyond 60 days must be requested by reseller and approved by UZBL.

Opportunity eligibility – The registration/approval applies to the registered district/opportunity only, all opportunities must be submitted separately for approval.

Deal loyalty – In registering a deal to offer UZBL’s products, Reseller agrees not to quote or substitute any competing products, or discount will be considered voided and must be refunded.
